NEON is a contemporary, curated classifieds-style platform crafted for the entertainment world: restaurants, bars, theaters, convention centers, artists, producers, songwriters, studios, marketers, and other professional venues and creatives.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a listing, browsing the Site, or interacting with NEON in any way, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
- You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age required for your jurisdiction);
- You will comply with all applicable laws and platform standards;
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
If you are using NEON on behalf of an organization or business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your NEON Account
A. Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide your:
- Name
- Email address
- Contact information
- Business or personal profile details
All information must be truthful and lawful.
B. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring through your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspected breaches.
NEON is not responsible for losses arising from compromised accounts.
C. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms;
- Abuse platform tools or communication channels;
- Engage in fraud, illegal activity, or harmful behavior;
- Create excessive risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

4. Listings, Content, and User Contributions
NEON allows users to create listings, upload media, leave reviews, and share information relevant to entertainment venues and professionals (“User Content”).
A. Acceptable Use
By posting User Content, you agree that it must:
- Be accurate, honest, and lawful;
- Not infringe intellectual property rights;
- Not contain defamatory, abusive, hateful, explicit, or harmful material;
- Not mislead, manipulate, or impersonate;
- Conform to the aesthetic and professional standards of the NEON environment.
B. License to NEON
By submitting User Content, you grant NEON a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use your content within the platform and any NEON marketing channels.
You retain all ownership rights to your content.
C. Right to Remove Content
NEON reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that:
- Violates these Terms;
- Risks user safety;
- Damages the platform experience;
- Contains unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading material.
5. Payments and Transactions
NEON supports listings and services that may involve payments through third-party processors such as:
- PayPal
- ATH Móvil
A. Third-Party Payment Providers
All financial transactions are processed externally by integrated providers.
By using these payment services, you agree to their individual terms and policies.
NEON does not store full payment card data on its servers.
B. Payment Disputes
Any disputes, chargebacks, or transactional issues must be handled directly with the payment provider.
NEON is not responsible for:
- Failed payments
- Refunded transactions
- Payment provider downtimes
- Third-party platform issues
C. Fees
NEON may charge listing fees, promotional fees, or service fees.
All costs will be displayed clearly before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Platform Rules & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Using NEON for illegal activity or harmful behavior
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools without permission
- Attempting to disrupt platform security or functionality
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
- Uploading malware, spam, or unauthorized advertisements
- Impersonating any individual or business
- Circumventing fees, security, or operational measures
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
A. NEON’s Property
All logos, trademarks, design elements, layout, code, features, and functionality of NEON are the exclusive property of NEON.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform.
B. User Rights
You may access and use NEON for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, and protected.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of listings, credentials, and business interactions conducted through NEON.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEON shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Issues caused by third-party payment processors
- User-generated content or interactions
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NEON, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
